I was impressed by how quickly Laura went into action for us. She responded promptly to an inquiry and was very professional in answering all my questions. During our first phone call, we spent an hour getting to know each other and discussing what I was looking for. I would give her a 10 for finding me something that checked all my boxes. By the next day, she had found six places, and within three days, we made an offer to the owner’s agent.

She was willing to take me anywhere I wanted to look, and as a renter, I was pleasantly surprised that she gave me the same focus and attention as a buyer. I never felt judged, even when we visited less desirable places. She did her job and went above and beyond her duties as an agent. Her ability to gently guide me through the stressful parts of moving was most appreciated, and she even made the process of looking for a rental fun.
