Who said the market slows down in December? I think the market is ever changing, and what we used to think the market will do seasonally … continues to surprise us. People move due to “life events”, whether it’s marriage, divorce, starting a family, downsizing, or job relocation to name a few … there really is no season for that! Do keep in mind … history still holds true that the housing inventory is certainly much lower during the winter months. The good news to that is – competition is low, and the buyers that are out there looking at homes, truly are looking to buy … so don’t let the seasons move you, move when your need arises no matter what the season!
